Bruce and Sue Playsted
Warwick Patchwork & Quilting has been established for nearly 13 years. It was previously known as Warwick Sewing Centre. My husband Bruce and I purchased the store in January 2004 and have made various changes including the name to Warwick Patchwork & Quilting.
In 1995 I couldn’t sew a stitch and was encouraged by the previous owner of the shop to try patchwork. I was hooked immediately and the rest is history, I had not realised how passionate one could become about a hobby. I am now privileged to be in a position to share and enjoy helping and encouraging fellow patchworkers from beginners to the more experienced.
We are very fortunate to have a great team on board with Kerrie teaching and Jenny and Alison sharing their skills in the shop. We have a great range of fabrics and patchwork accessories and are only too delighted to be of any assistance we can to our customers.
