All parcels are sent by Australia Post. Standard freight charges apply.
Orders are processed and sent by Australia Post within 7-10 days of receipt.
Within Australia
Purchases under $20 - $4.50
From $20 to $50 - $7.25
From $50 to $75 - $10.00
From $75 to $100 - $15.00
Over $100 - $20.
Depending on weight and size of the parcel these charges could well be less than indicated. P&P will be calculated then automatically added to orders.
For countries outside of Australia postal charges will be emailed to you after an order has been placed. Please allow 21 working days for delivery.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Warwick Patchwork & Quilting need to be advised ASAP should any goods be damaged in transit. We will not be liable for non-delivery or damage unless we are notified within 10 days of the day the order was despatched.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Any goods requested to be returned or exchanged must be done within 7 days of delivery. Shipping and handling fee’s are non-refundable. Goods must be in original condition and packaging.
REFUNDS
Customers will be notified of their refund as soon as the returned item has been processed. Refunds will be paid in the same manner the payment was made within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if the reason for returning the item is not our error.
